Kearney partners with ServiceNow to deploy agentic AI for enterprise transformation

Kearney, a global management consulting firm, has partnered with ServiceNow to help organisations implement agentic AI at enterprise scale. The collaboration combines Kearney's strategic consulting expertise with ServiceNow's AI Platform to accelerate digital transformation and operational efficiency. The partnership focuses on three areas: operational excellence through faster exception handling, workflow optimisation with improved process velocity, and end-to-end impact via AI-enabled process orchestration. Kearney's approach, called BPR.ai, reimagines entire business processes rather than simply automating individual tasks. In a recent client engagement, the methodology helped transform an IT organisation into an AI-first operations model, achieving over 30% annual cost reduction whilst accelerating deployment of agentic AI across IT services.
